What we do
Downtown's finest. Two ways.
We keep our menu short on purpose. It lets us hold every pie and sandwich to the highest standard, and you can taste it in every bite.
The sandwiches
Built on schiacciata, the Tuscan flatbread we bake here every morning. Crisp outside, airy inside and stacked with good Italian meats and cheeses. The bread alone is worth the trip.

Why it's better
Good flour. Real bread.
Everything starts with the dough, so we don't cut corners on it.
- Imported Italian flour
Bromate-free, milled in Italy. It makes a lighter crust and a dough that's easier on you.
- Schiacciata, baked daily
Our schiacciata comes out of the oven every morning. Every sandwich we make is on bread we made.
- The good stuff on top
Prosciutto di Parma, fresh stracciatella, Pecorino Romano, Cirrus vodka sauce, AR's Hot Honey.
- Made in house
Dressings, croutons, candied bacon, hot honey. If we can make it ourselves, we do.
A note on gluten. Our pizza and sandwiches aren't gluten-free, but most gluten-intolerant guests have no problems with them, thanks to our imported Italian flour. If you have celiac disease, our dough and bread are not safe for you.
